Who is Ellen Cooperperson?

Ellen Cooperperson's extensive knowledge of business development, change management and interpersonal communications, coupled with over 20 years of management experience, has distinguished her as one of the area's leading business improvement and performance specialists, executive coaches and leadership trainers.

As President of Corporate Performance Consultants, Inc. (CPC), an award-winning organizational development and leadership training organization, Ellen has been honored by numerous professional organizations and is a recipient of the American Society for Training and Development Awards for "Best in Training" and "Excellence in Organizational Transformation." More importantly, her clients, including, Cablevision, API, Inc., Citibank, Disc Graphics, Festo, L'Oreal and Newsday, have honored Ellen for CPC's outstanding contributions to the development of their businesses.

Throughout her career, Long Island executives have recognized Ellen for her outstanding contributions to the advancement of professional women and the overall development of businesses in Long Island. In 2003, she was selected as one of Long Island's Top 50 Women by Long Island Business News' distinguished panel. Ellen was also a founding board member of the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women, and served on the Advisory Board of the Suffolk County Office of Women.

Ellen holds two Master's Degrees, one in Human Resource Development and Training, and the other in Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP).
