Management and Leadership Assessment
This program begins with an online assessment that
is completed prior to the start of class. The Meyers - Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI) is a self-evaluation instrument measuring similarities
and differences in human personality.
In this in-depth interactive session, participants
will review the results of their MBTI profile and gain an understanding
of how their personality effects their leadership, communication,
learning, problem-solving style and personal effectiveness.
Participants will develop an action plan that establishes their key
priorities, personal improvement goals and target dates so they can
easily track and monitor their performance.

in a group are discussed and explored. A Case Study helps participants
apply skills learned back on the job.
