Sophie Cardone has headed the Human Resource department at organizations where leaders have depended on her to align the work force with the mission, processes and goals.  Utilizing her HR knowledge and expertise, she truly functions as an active partner in all aspects of business growth. Under her direction, HR coordinates with every aspect of a company involving its people. Sophie partners with her colleagues to translate strategic initiatives into compensation guidelines, recruitment programs, job descriptions, training support, org charts, mentoring programs and more. Her efforts have resulted in improved teamwork, improved attitudes, fewer grievances and - ultimately - greater profitability.
