Sophie partners with her colleagues to translate strategic initiatives into compensation guidelines, recruitment programs, job descriptions, training support, org charts, mentoring programs and more. Her efforts have resulted in improved teamwork, improved attitudes, fewer grievances and - ultimately - greater profitability.
