Our Services
CPC provides four types of coaching services:
1. One-on-one leadership coaching for successful business leaders who are working to expand their leadership effectiveness; for leaders who are preparing to move into or have taken on new roles; and for leaders who are underperforming because of unproductive leadership behaviors.
2. One-on-one coaching with successful entrepreneurs in a breakthrough-producing process that helps business owners find the innovative strategies, structure and tools they need to reach their biggest business dreams and create a unique quality of life. With renewed energy, confidence, creativity and focus, and increased income and capabilities, entrepreneurs in CPC's program are freed up to achieve greater levels of success than they ever thought possible.
3. Coaching for Teams who need to improve members' individual or team effectiveness. Our team coaching approach always begins with individual and team assessments to identify opportunities for growth and members' buy-in to the need for change. The assessments are followed by customized design and delivery of targeted skill building practice (e.g. conflict management, effective communication, increasing commitment/accountability/trust; focusing on results).
4. Group Learning Programs for groups of leaders with a shared development need to selected areas. Development areas include: broadening influence skills; developing more impactful communications; developing coaching skills; and building a motivational environment. These programs always include an application coaching component to practice the targeted skills and are customized to make them most relevant to a client's learning objective.
