Communicating can be either a source of energy or an emotional drain. Organizations that communicate effectively, dramatically improve bottom-line profitability and produce positive results. Effective communicators provide feedback and input to remove obstacles and identify opportunities. They deliver better customer service and improve morale and interdepartmental cooperation. 

Communication issues can vary, but most often evolve around breakdown in a relationship - Customers, Business Partners, Executive Management, Employees or Teams. Until these relationship issues are settled, they will continue to consume a tremendous amount of emotional energy and time, making it difficult to focus on key operational, sales and financial decision areas of the business.

CPC's 4 Step Process Includes:

Step 1. ECHO Assessment: Complete comprehensive assessments of the communication styles of employees and managers and the team's overall effectiveness using CPC's proprietary ECHO communication and team evaluation tools. 

 

Step 2. ECHO Workshop: Bring your team together for a one-day workshop to review the results of their individual and team assessments, break down barriers that stand between team cooperation and organizational effectiveness, build esprit de corps and productive workplace relationships, and identify and practice strategies for handling challenging conversations and difficult people issues. 

 

Step 3. Communication Action Plan: Spend one day with your CPC executive coach and develop strategies to address specific communication issues, establish boundaries for healthy conflict and ensure commitment to practice effective communication techniques going forward. 

 

Step 4. Monitoring and Reinforcement: For three months following the creation of the Communication Action Plan, a CPC Executive Coach is available for e-mail and phone correspondence to answer any questions about communication issues that might emerge. Additional training and coaching options are available for those who want to enhance and accelerate their results.
