NICK MASLOVS
Nick Maslovs heads the Customer Service Department at Corporate Performance Consultants, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience as a Telecommunications and Customer Service Manager with Verizon. His operation was responsible for the satisfaction of 96,000 customers and the supervision and training of 102 customer service technicians.
Nick successfully led the reconfiguration of 280 business data customer lines and the conversation of 650 Citibank circuits from analog to digital without service interruption. He was also the Customer Service liaison for several national and international clients, such as Slattery-Skonska Construction, Sharif Designs, Phone Time, Inc.
In addition to having an extensive background in employee relations, Nick is certified as a Chemical Dependency Counselor by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services.

MICHELLE MOORE
Michelle Moore is the Executive Assistant to the President of Corporate Performance Consultants. She brings over 20 years of professional expertise to the CPC team providing administrative, operational and executive support to senior level management, staff, clients and vendors.
Her career includes serving as Executive Assistant at International Jet Interiors, SPX Corporation, Cashin Associates, P.C., and the Northrop Grumman Corporation. Michelle has held a top secret United States Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance. She has supported a multitude of disciplines during her career and is a registered NYS notary.
